Returns and refunds
30 days to change your mind
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return an item to us. That is longer than the 14-day withdrawal period required by law.
Conditions
- Item unused, complete and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, grooming items, bowls and toys that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned, unless faulty.
How to return
- Email us at contact@future-animal.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply with the return address.
- Send the item back well packed, with a tracked shipment.
Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered: in that case, we cover them.
Refund
The refund is made within 14 days of receiving and checking the return, to the payment method used for the purchase.
Faulty item
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. Send us a photo of the problem: we will offer a replacement or a refund.
