Delivery

What are the delivery times?

France: 7 to 15 business days. Belgium and Luxembourg: 8 to 18 business days. Switzerland: 8 to 20 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as the order is shipped.

How much does delivery cost?

France, Belgium, and Luxembourg: €8.80, free on orders over €50. Switzerland: €12.90, free on orders over €70.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. For Switzerland, Swiss VAT and customs clearance fees may be requested upon delivery by the carrier.

Can my order arrive in multiple packages?

Yes, if it contains several items shipped from different warehouses. You will not pay any extra fees.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card and other methods displayed on the payment page. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments: we never have access to your bank details.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 30 days of receipt, provided it has not been used. All conditions are on our Returns and Refunds page.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

Send us a photo at contact@future-animal.com with your order number. We will offer you a replacement or a refund.

Products

How do I choose the right size?

The measurements are indicated in the "Good to know" section of each product. For a harness, measure the chest circumference just behind the front legs. If in doubt, write to us.
