30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item. This is longer than the 14-day withdrawal period provided by law.

Conditions

Item must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, grooming items, bowls, and toys that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned, unless defective.

How to proceed

Email us at contact@future-animal.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will reply with the return address.
Send the item back well-packaged, using a tracked shipping method.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or does not match your order: in such cases, they will be covered.

Refund

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of the return, using the payment method used for the purchase.

Defective item

All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects. Send us a photo of the issue: we will offer a replacement or a refund.
