General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the company Future Animal (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the website future-animal.com.

Article 2 - Price

Product prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3 - Ordering

The Customer places an order on the website future-animal.com. The sale is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order for a legitimate reason.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or through the payment methods offered on the site. The order is validated after payment confirmation.

Article 5 - Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicative (generally 7-15 business days). Future Animal cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@future-animal.com.

Article 7 - Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

Article 8 - Personal data

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

Article 9 - Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction. The Customer may also have recourse to consumer mediation.
