Shipping (USA)

How long does delivery take?

7 to 15 business days to the USA, with a tracking number emailed as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

The Christmas Tree Costume always ships free. Everything else ships free on orders over $80; below that, a small flat rate is shown at checkout.

Will I pay customs fees?

No surprise fees: if a carrier ever asks you to pay import fees on your order, email us your receipt and we will refund them.

Want it before Christmas?

Order by December 1 for delivery before Christmas.

Can my order arrive in several packages?

Yes, if items ship from different warehouses. No extra cost for you.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit cards and the other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments: we never see your card details.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if unused. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

My item arrived damaged?

Email a photo to contact@future-animal.com with your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you.

How do I pick the right size?

Measurements are in the "Good to know" section of each product. For a harness, measure the chest just behind the front legs. Not sure? Email us.
